Especially designed to suit visitors of all ages, our family tours are full of fun and rich in historical interest. Join one of our guided tours around the Joan of Arc Historial, the Donjon de Rouen or the Aître Saint-Maclou, to learn all about their past, with lots of fun challenges and games along the way.
Don’t forget that the Aître Saint-Maclou’s “The Cat and the Gravedigger” audio guide has different tours available for adults and children. So everyone can discover this jewel in Rouen’s heritage at their own pace.
For people who love games
People who enjoy playing games will love learning about history through our two original events that are both thrilling and a lot of fun:

Try to liberate Rouen from the Occupying Forces at the Donjon
The Donjon de Rouen Escape Game takes you right back to August 1944 and World War 2. It’s the day after the Normandy landings and the Resistance fighters are full of hope. You have been assigned a vital mission: to acquire some strategic documents from the city’s most impregnable German bunker, the Donjon de Rouen.
You’ll need all your resourcefulness, stealth and a cool head to succeed. Are you up to the task?
Ghost hunting at Robert the Devil’s Castle
Strange things have been happening among the ruins of Robert the Devil’s Castle. Grab your tablet and head over there to solve puzzles and challenges around the moat, courtyard and inside the castle, on the trail of the ghosts that haunt this ancient site. This immersive, life-size exploration game is sure to be a hit with the whole family!
